PURPOSE: A dehydration device using a screw press with a shear panel which is separately formed is provided to increase a shear force when a screw rotates and to remove sludge by continuously scratching a dehydration net with a shear blade to prevent the perforated dehydration net from blocking by forming the end of the shear blade to be inclined at a predetermined angle.;CONSTITUTION: A dehydration device (1) using a screw press with a shear panel which is separately formed comprises a central shaft (40), a screw (50), a plurality of shear panels (60), and a shear blade. The screw is formed in a spiral shape on the outer circumference of the central shaft and dehydrates sludge by generating a compressive force as the sludge is transferred when the central shaft rotates. The shear panel is separated to the central shaft to be aligned to the outside of the screw and is fixed to the screw. The shear blade removes sludge solid bodies blocking a drum mesh or a perforated hole as the central shaft in which the screw is attached rotates.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
