PURPOSE: A network based platform system is provided to reduce development period and development cost by borrowing a function requiring long development time when developing an application from a framework provided by an individual or an enterprise.;CONSTITUTION: A framework providing server (110) provides user interface (UI) screen identification codes with a specific function to be installed in a smart phone application developed based on an application framework and a store server distributes the application.
