The present disclosure relates to a system for rearranging a UI based on analysis of a usage behavior for a user interface (UI). The system includes a sensing unit configured to detect a first UI behavior of the first user terminal, a pattern analysis unit configured to generate UI pattern information by analyzing the first UI behavior of the first user terminal detected through the sensing unit, and pattern analysis. A UI learning unit configured to learn the UI pattern of the first user terminal using the UI pattern information generated in the unit and generate the UI pattern learning information, and automatically create a customized UI of the first user terminal based on the UI pattern learning information.
