PURPOSE: A relational point operation method and system using application use history are provided to calculate an interworking accumulation point for an interworking accumulation target in which a member purchasing store purchased over reference amount and a category of purchasing generation store are matched among relationship formation members and to accumulate the interworking accumulation point to the interworking accumulation target, thereby inducing the interworking accumulation target to visit a specific store for using the accumulated point. CONSTITUTION: A purchase store checking unit (145) checks a member purchasing store purchased over reference amount in which relationship formation members are designated based on store purchasing history which is stored in a storage medium (110). An interworking accumulation target checking unit (150) checks an accumulation target in which a member purchasing store and a category of a purchasing generation store are matched among the relationship formation members. An interworking accumulation point calculator (155) calculates an interworking accumulation point for the interworking accumulation target.
