PURPOSE: A relational point operation method and system using purchasing history are provided to calculate an interworking accumulation point for an interworking accumulation target which is similar to purchasing amounts of self saving client within a constant range among relationship formation members and to accumulate the interworking accumulation point to the interworking accumulation target, thereby inducing the interworking accumulation target to visit a specific store for using the accumulated point. CONSTITUTION: A purchase amount checking unit (145) checks purchasing amounts during a constant period for a self saving client and relationship formation members based on purchasing history which is stored in a storage medium (100).
