PURPOSE: A steam turbine generator for a vehicle using cooling water is provided to operate a steam turbine using energy used for cooling an engine and to produce electricity with a generator connected to the steam turbine. CONSTITUTION: A steam turbine generator for a vehicle using cooling water comprises a cooling device, a heat exchanger (10), a circulating pipe (40), a steam turbine (20), a generator (30), and a storage battery (50). The cooling device comprises an engine (1), a cooling water line (2), and a radiator (3). The heat exchanger is installed between the engine and the radiator. A refrigerant is charged in the circulating pipe and is heated by the heat exchanger. The steam turbine is installed inside the circulating pipe. The generator is connected to the steam turbine. Electricity produced by the generator is charged in the storage battery.
