PURPOSE: A device and a method to deliver tactual senses are provided to supply a tactile feedback by precisely delivering feedback information such as a power vector or a texture according to an object operation positioned in a virtual space or a robot in a long distance to fingers or skins of human.;CONSTITUTION: A device (100) to deliver tactual senses comprises a position measuring unit (101) and a tactual delivering unit (102). The position measuring unit measures a position of a mechanical link.
