PURPOSE: A temperature sensor and a heat-treatment device are provided to control temperature at high precision by improving temperature increasing properties.;CONSTITUTION: A temperature sensor includes a temperature detection element (2), a heat receptor (3), a heat receptor supporting device, and a protective pipe (5). The temperature detection element detects ambient temperature. The heat detection element is fixed, and the heat receptor is simultaneously heated by receiving the ambient heat. The heat receptor supporting device supports the heat receptor at a predetermined position.
