PURPOSE: An ankle pump movement balloon is provided to prevent motor disturbance in the future by enabling a user to recover health by increasing natural healing power of the human body by cancelling the impact of falling, by using a knee correction groove in the knee after ankle pump movement. CONSTITUTION: An ankle pump movement balloon (1) is constituted by forming a half elliptic shape knee correction groove (2) in the front side central lower end. After the ankle pump movement without any additional process, an operator lies down and elects one knee, and then the operator grips the end of left and right side of the ankle pump movement balloon with two hands. A half elliptic shape knee correction groove is located in the lower part of the leg sheet bone, and the operator pulls the ankle pump movement balloon with two hands and at the same time pushes the ankle pump movement balloon with the knee.
