PURPOSE: An insulated hybrid waterproof sheet structure using solventless urethane waterproof agent and rubberized asphalt sheet and an insulated hybrid waterproof sheet processing technique using the same are provided to complete construction in a short time with minimum processing steps and to prevent waterproof layer from being cracked by shock after construction.;CONSTITUTION: An insulated hybrid waterproof sheet structure comprises an insulation layer (110), a rubberized asphalt layer (120), a nonwoven layer (130), a glass fiber layer (140), and a solventless urethane waterproof agent coating layer (150). An insulated hybrid waterproofing sheet processing technique comprises the following steps: laminating the rubberized asphalt sheet on the insulation layer; laminating the nonwoven layer on the rubberized asphalt sheet; overlapping 10-20 mm of two different rubberized asphalt sheets in which the nonwoven layers are laminated in order to completely adhere to each other and welding by using a heating tool; laminating the glass fiber layer on the rubberized asphalt sheet; and forming the solventless urethane waterproof agent coating layer in order to dip the nonwoven layer and the glass fiber.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
