PURPOSE: A floor noise management system and a method thereof are provided to minimize damage caused by a floor noise at a low cost. CONSTITUTION: A floor noise management system (100) includes a noise/vibration measuring device (110), a first display device (120a), a second display device (120b), a first input device (130a), and a second input device (130b). The noise/vibration measuring device is installed in the upstairs and measures a noise or a vibration from the upstairs in real time. The first display device is installed in the upstairs, electrically connected with the noise/vibration measuring device, and displays information of the noise or the vibration measured in the noise/vibration measuring device. A second display device is installed in the downstairs, electrically connected with the noise/vibration measuring device, and displays information of the noise or the vibration measured in the noise/vibration measuring device. The first input device is installed in the upstairs, electrically connected with the second display device, and transmits information about life patterns of residents in the upstairs to the second display device. The second input device is installed in the downstairs, electrically connected with the first display device, and transmits information about life patterns of residents in the downstairs to the first display device.
