PURPOSE: A translation brokering system capable of recommending a user through a translation brokering service related with an SNS and a method thereof are provided to broker the user to handle the translation when translation for the data of a variety of languages is needed. A subscriber confirming part (1420) confirms a subscriber, who has configured the translation brokering services to be coupled to an SNS, among every subscribers.
