PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a 3-D doll body and the 3-D doll body manufactured thereby are provided to improve durability and to obtain a tidy visual effect. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a 3-D doll body comprises the following steps: forming a body cloth (2) and a breast cloth (3); putting the breast cloth on the body cloth; forming a breast pocket by folding the breast cloth upwards around a stitching line; painting a picture on the body cloth and the breast cloth; forming cut lines around the shoulders from the outside of the breast cloth in an oblique direction; inwardly folding the body cloth and the breast cloth below the cut lines; connecting a symmetric cloth to the breast cloth and the body cloth; and forming a preparatory body.
