PURPOSE: A rotor blade, a rotor, an aircraft, and a method are provided to minimize noise emitted by the rotor.;CONSTITUTION: A blade (20) of a rotor (5) comprises a suction side (21), a pressure side (22), a root area (30), and a single rounded area (35). The suction side and the pressure side are extended from a leading edge to a trailing edge in a horizontal direction and are extended from a root section (31) to a free end section (41) in a span direction.
