PURPOSE: A floating support device for a pipeline, a pipe laying vessel using the same, and a laying method for a submarine pipeline are provided to allow a user to easily perform a task to mount a clamp on the pipeline fallen under water by guiding the clamp collected in the pipe laying vessel to a collection position for re-installation with a collection inducing device.;CONSTITUTION: A floating support device for a pipeline comprises a plurality of clamps (110), a plurality of buoyancy members (140), a closed curve-shaped collection cable (150), and a lifting unit (160). The clamps are connected to the outer circumference of a pipeline while separated from each other and includes a fastening device releasing the fastening in a predetermined depth of water. The closed curve-shaped collection cable connects connection lines (141).
