PURPOSE: A fixing unit for constructing a concrete reinforcing welding wire mesh in a multistage and a multistage construction method of the welding wire mesh using the same are provided to guarantee rigidity and durability and minimize the crack of a finishing layer by improving the adhesive power with a reinforcing bar when concrete is placed.;CONSTITUTION: A fixing unit (100) for constructing a concrete reinforcing welding wire mesh comprises a main body (110), a holding unit (120), and a welding wire mesh leading groove (130). The main body is formed in a cylindrical shape. The holding unit is integrally formed with the main body and protrudes to the left and right in comparison with the main body. The welding wire mesh leading groove is formed in order to lead a welding wire mesh to the lower direction of the holding unit. A multistage construction method of the welding wire mesh using the fixing unit for constructing the concrete reinforcing welding wire mesh comprises as follows. A lower-end welding wire mesh is arranged in a serial form and a parallel form on the upper surface of a foundation layer on which the arrangement of the surface is completed and fixed. An upper-end welding wire mesh is arranged in the serial form and the parallel form on the upper side of the lower-end welding wire mesh and fixed. A fixing unit is fixed at an intersection point of the welding wire mesh arranged to be overlapped in two layers. Concrete is placed on the upper part when the lower-end welding wire mesh and the upper-end welding wire mesh are separated at a regular interval by the fixing unit by being arranged in two layers.
