PURPOSE: A repair and reinforcement system using a reinforced FRP panel reinforced by a wire mesh and an umbrella anchor is provided to cut down the construction cost by shortening the time required for installing a form and to have excellent repair and reinforcement effects by heightening the binding strength by an umbrella anchor and a wire mesh. CONSTITUTION: The repair and reinforcement system using a reinforced FRP panel reinforced by a wire mesh and an umbrella anchor comprises the steps of inserting a screw anchor(50) to a reinforced concrete structure(10) of the corrosive or cracked part by deterioration or degradation of a reinforced concrete structure(10) and installing an umbrella anchor(40) to the screw anchor(50), installing a form manufactured with a reinforced FRP panel(30) provided with a frame installed by a vertical support bar(35) welded to a lower wire mesh, penetrating the lower part of the umbrella anchor(40) to a through hole formed on the reinforced FRP panel(30) and increasing load bearing strength using a repair and reinforcement system(20) fixed to the outside of the form using a washer(60) and a nut(70).
