PURPOSE: A photovoltaic power generating blind is provided to reduce power rates by connecting a mobile device or a power system.;CONSTITUTION: A head (100) includes head terminals (110) with different poles to output power to the outside. A plurality of photovoltaic blind slats (200) generate power by using sunlight. The photovoltaic blind slats include solar cells (210) which include solar cell terminals with different poles. A withdrawal wire outputs the power generated from the photovoltaic blind slats to the outside.
