QUALITY PREDICTION APPARATUS OF A CONTINUOUSLY CASTED PLATE, CAPABLE OF PREDICTING THE QUALITY DEGREE OF THE PLATE BY USING THE AMOUNT OF CARBON IN MOLTEN STEEL WHEN THE PLATE IS MANUFACTURED, AND A METHOD THEREOF
QUALITY PREDICTION APPARATUS OF A CONTINUOUSLY CASTED PLATE, CAPABLE OF PREDICTING THE QUALITY DEGREE OF THE PLATE BY USING THE AMOUNT OF CARBON IN MOLTEN STEEL WHEN THE PLATE IS MANUFACTURED, AND A METHOD THEREOF
PURPOSE: A quality prediction apparatus of a continuously casted plate and a method thereof are provided to predict the quality degree of a manufactured plate according to the amount of carbon after the final amount of carbon is calculated by using the calculated accuracy rate of molten steel and the amount of molten steel carbon in a tundish.;CONSTITUTION: A quality prediction method of a continuously casted plate comprises the following steps. The amount of carbon in molten steel which is continuously casted is input (S10). The level value of the molten steel according to the flow of the molten steel in a mold is periodically collected (S20). The accuracy rate of the molten steel is calculated by using a total measured number and an abnormal number which deviate the level value of the molten steel which is collected during a unit cycle when the fixed unit cycle passes (S40). The final amount of carbon is calculated by using the amount of carbon in the molten steel and the accuracy rate of the molten steel; and the post-process of a slab is controlled after the quality of the plate is predicted by using the finally calculated amount of carbon (S50,S60).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013;[Reference numerals] (AA) Start; (BB) No; (CC) Yes; (DD) End; (S10) Obtaining the amount of carbon by analyzing molten steel elements of molten steel inside a tundish; (S20) Periodically measuring the level value of the molten steel inside the mold; (S30) Comparing the level value of the molten steel periodically collected with a reference range; (S40) Calculating the accuracy rate of the molten steel by using a total measured number and an abnormal number which deviates the level value of the molten steel; (S50) Calculating the final amount of carbon by using the amount of the molten steel inside the tundish and the accuracy rate of the molten steel; (S60) Comparing the calculated final amount of carbon with the reference amount of carbon; (S70) Does the final amount of carbon exceed the reference amount of carbon?; (S80) Stopping performing a next process and preparing to analyze the element of the steel again; (S90) Transferring the steel to perform the next process (rolling)
