PURPOSE: A multi-function vacuum circuit breaker (VCB) tester is provided to rapidly determine the failure state of a corresponding facility by executing a VCB function test with a simple method.;CONSTITUTION: A rectifier (110) rectifies an alternating current (AC) power source to a necessary power source by receiving the AC power source. A power switch (180) supplies power to a VCB tester (120) or block the power. The VCB tester comprises an opening switch (160), an insertion switch (170), and an output test terminal (150). The opening switch executes an opening command in a test target VCB and the insertion switch executes an insertion command in the test target VCB.
