PURPOSE: An instant hot water apparatus for a water purifier is provided to maximize heating effects of purified water while minimizing power consumption for hot water supplying by rapidly heating the purified water only when hot water is needed. CONSTITUTION: An instant hot water apparatus for a water purifier comprises a hot-water tank (10); a vacuum part (20); a purified water pipe line (30); and a vacuum system (40). A heater (11) is built in the hot-water tank. The vacuum system is oppositely installed at the top of the hot-water tank in order to connect the bottom surface to the upper part of the hot-water tank. One end passes through the top of the vacuum part and the purified water pipe line is located at the inner top part of the hot water tank. The purified water pipe line is located at the inner upper part of the hot-water tank. The vacuum system controls the pressure within the vacuum part connected to the hot-water tank as set pressure which is lower than atmospheric pressure in order to accelerate heating speed of purified water by a heater.
