PURPOSE: A method for concentrating and separating organic solvent is provided to concentrate and reuse the organic solvent in industrial waste water and to reduce waste water disposal costs.;CONSTITUTION: A method for concentrating and separating organic solvent comprises the following steps: separating a membrane in which the organic solvent in industrial waste water is separated or concentrated and collected with enriched water by a membrane module; and refining the permeated water. A plurality of polyamide reverse osmosis separation membranes are arranged on the unit stage in series or in a row.
