PURPOSE: A material for preventing noise delivered between floors and a construction method thereof are provided to primarily absorb the impulsive noise of a hose arrangement plate using a conical protrusion and to remove the remaining noise in a space formed between the conical protrusions. CONSTITUTION: A construction method of a material for preventing noise delivered between floors comprises the following steps: flattening a slab and measuring the area of the slab; measuring the area of a hose arrangement plate (11) and an impact preventive plate (12) for forming a joining pate; fixing a band and a fixing frame exposed to the slab; arranging the joining plate on the slab and integrally fixing the fixing frame and the fixing protrusion (15) of the hose arrangement plate using the band; arranging and fixing a hose (21) on the hose arrangement plate and arranging a finishing plate (13) on the hose arrangement plate; and fixing the finishing plate to the hose arrangement plate using a fixture (32).
