PURPOSE: A submerged nozzle and a continuous casting method using the same are provided to prevent foreign matters from sticking to the submerged nozzle.;CONSTITUTION: A submerged nozzle comprises a nozzle body (310) and an inner hole path (320). The nozzle body comprises an inner wall which guides molten steel in a tundish to a mold. The inner hole path is a space which covers up the nozzle body inside. The nozzle body comprises Yttria-stabilized zirconia (YSZ) which is yttria (Y2O3)-added zirconia (Y2O3). The inner hole path comprises a connection part to outside. The connection part comprises a reducing gas supply unit.
