The battery supplies the power to the vehicle. The direct current switch for selecting +12V or +24V selects the +12V or +24V in the device to prevent the low voltage of the battery. The hexadecimal rotary switch previously selects a minimal operational power of the vehicle in the device. The DC/DC converter receives the power supplied from the battery of the vehicle, converts to a power level of DC +5V, and outputs. The power monitor converts an analog signal into a digital signal and outputs. The central processing unit receives the digital signal outputted from the power monitor and measures the outputted voltage.
