PURPOSE: food compositions are provided for preventing and treating with Anomalous lipid metablism for preventing and improving Anomalous lipid metablism and pharmaceutical composition. ;CONSTITUTION: food composition includes fermented red ginseng as active constituent. The fermented red ginseng is produced by using Fermentation Condition of Monascus spp red ginseng 3 to 7 days hairy. The food compositions prevent Anomalous lipid metablism, and improve due to diabetes or obesity. The food compositions increase blood high-density lipoprotein cholesterol. The food compositions reduce the blood of triglycerides. The fermented red ginseng has increased Rg2 and Rg3 contents loss ginseng fermented.
