PURPOSE: A mechanical apparatus generating produced energy more than input energy by using the head drop of water which is pulled up by a centrifugal force is provided to produce energy around 460,000 horse power per second when 15,823 horse power per second is input. CONSTITUTION: A mechanical apparatus generating produced energy more than input energy by using the head drop of water which is pulled up by a centrifugal force includes an upper end shaft (1), an upper side (2), a support stand (3), a waterway (4), a side of the upper end of a cylinder (5), a side of the upper end of a cylinder (6), lower end water-pressure protecting supports (7,7-1), a lower side (8), a lower end shaft (9), a lower end centrifugal-horizontal pipe (10), air holes (11,11-1), and an upper end of a lower end waterway (13). The waterway sends water from the lower end to an upstream dam. The lower end shaft which is located on the entrance of the lower end prevents the cylinder from sinking which is caused by the reduction of water pressure of water flowing under the lower end of the cylinder, where the flowing water is accelerated at the speed of 283 t per second when the shaft rotates. The centrifugal horizontal tubes that it describes in the above generates of the input energy in the rotation. The lower end centrifugal pipe generates 1,296 times as much input energy when the lower end centrifugal pipe rotates. The air inside the cylinder is compressed to the edge, and passes through the air holes when the cylinder rotates.
