PURPOSE: An installation and separation device of a liner plate for constructing a deep foundation of a power transmission steel tower and a construction method of the deep foundation using the same are provided to prevent materials of the liner plate from being wasted by reusing the liner plate. CONSTITUTION: An installation and separation device of a liner plate for constructing a deep foundation of a power transmission steel tower includes a lifter (100), a liner plate fixing pin (200), and a lifting hanger pin (300). The lifter includes a lifter main body (110) and a lifter rod (120). The lifter main body is mounted on a concrete deck placed on the ground on which the power transmission steel tower is installed. The lifter rod is installed on the lifter main body to be able to ascend. The liner plate fixing pin is provided on the lower end of the lifter main body and is inserted into a fixing hole (28) formed on the lower end of a connection post. The lifting hanger pin is provided on the lifter rod and is inserted into a lifting hanging hole (27a) formed on a lifting hanging piece (27) connected to the upper end of the connection post.
