MANUFACTURING METHOD OF HIGH-ELASTIC POLYESTER TEREPHTHALATE WITH MELANGE TONE MINIMIZING THE STABILITY PROBLEM OF HEAT

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of high-elastic polyester terephthalate with melange tone is provided to be used for outdoor use after being manufactured with light weight, melange tone and elastic and light weight fabric.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of high-elastic polyester terephthalate with melange tone comprises the following steps. Polyethyleneterephthalate and cation dye dyeable polyethylene terephthalate are melted. Through spinnerette, polyethyleneterephthalate and cation dye dyeable polyethylene terephthalate are paseed through a cooling path at the same time at a temperature of 285-290°C and cooled at a condition of 18-25°C, 0.40-0.45m/sec to make a mixed filament and rolled at a condition of 2900-3400 m/minute. The mixed filament is passed in the first feed roller, heated in the first heater at a temperature of 190-210°C. By using combustible device with a friction belt, the mixed filament has an angle of 95-105° and is heated at a condition of 1.35-1.50 and passed through the second feed roller. The mixed filament is extended at an extension rate of 1.60-1.70, bridged, oil treated and rolled at a condition of 400-600m/minutes.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
