PURPOSE: An infra red-based low-heat curing ink-jet printer is provided to use alcohol-based solution and other additives as a main material, thereby having the low instant dry temperature different from the water-based solution and reducing drying time.;CONSTITUTION: An infra red (IR)-based low-heat curing ink-jet printer includes a printing bed (40), a guide rail (30), a printing head device (10), and an IR drying-curing device. A print media is put on the printing bed. The guide rail is installed parallel with the printing bed. The printing head device is installed to be freely reciprocated laterally along the guide rail and discharges low-heat cured ink. The IR drying-curing device dries and cures the surface of a print media of a low-heat curing ink layer (60) which is printed on a print media (50) with the discharged low-heat cured ink by using IR and (or) heat wind at a surface generation temperature of 40 to 80 degrees.
