PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a block-copolymerized polylactide manufactures the block-copolymerized polylactide of polyalkylene glycol and lactide with a high molecular weight and improved flexibility and processability without the leakage of unreacted polyalkylene glycol.;CONSTITUTION: A polylactide of high molecular weight polyalkylene glycol and lactide is a block-copolymerized polylactide and has a number average molecular weight of 80,000-500,000 daltons. The sodium ion content of the polyalkylene glycol is 130 ppm or less. A manufacturing method of the block-copolymerized polylactide of the polyalkylene glycol and lactide comprises a step of pre-polymerizing polyalkylene glycol lactide and a step of conducting a second polymerization by inputting a chain extender.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
