PURPOSE: A base support apparatus is provided to improve durability and facilitate an assembling process and construction.;CONSTITUTION: A supporting pipe(20) contains a rectangular shaped surface and is extruded with a plastic material. A first and second connecting brackets(30) connect cut pipes in a grid structure. An exterior wall body(21) contains a rectangular surface shape. A reinforcement wall(23) is installed inside the exterior wall body. The exterior wall body contains a pair of long surface walls(21a) that face each other and a pair of short surface walls(21b). Inlet parts(24,25) are formed on the long surface walls and the short surface walls.
