ELECTRIC-VARIABLE DAMPER USING A SOLENOID COIL, CAPABLE OF CONTROLLING THE SIZE OF MOVEMENTS AND DAMPING PROPERTIES OF A FIRST AND A SECOND DAMPER FRAME ACCORDING TO THE MUTUAL INTERACTION OF A MAGNETIC FORCE
PURPOSE: An electric-variable damper using a solenoid coil is provided to actively correspond to a rapid response and strong external impact by changing the size of a current flowing in an electromagnet coil according to the external impact to instantaneously control an elastic coefficient.;CONSTITUTION: An electric-variable damper using a solenoid coil includes a first damper frame (201), a second damper frame (202), a first permanent magnet (203a), a second permanent magnet (203b), a first damper frame shaft (200), a flow velocity sensor, a flow velocity sensor hinge, a solenoid coil, a second damper frame hinge (202a), a second damper frame cover (208), and lubricating oil. The first permanent magnet and the second permanent magnet are fixed to a groove formed on the left side of the first damper frame by being separated from each other. The first damper frame shaft is connected to the first damper frame. The flow velocity sensor and the flow velocity sensor hinge are connected to the one inner side of the first damper frame shaft. The solenoid valve is wound on an inner groove formed on one side of the second damper frame. The second damper frame hinge is connected to the one inner side of the first damper frame shaft and is connected to the inner groove of the second damper frame. The second damper frame cover is connected to one side of the second damper frame. The lubricating oil is filled in the second damper frame.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
