GAS SENSING LAYER WITH A COMPLEX HIERARCHICAL STRUCTURE, A GAS SENSOR WITH THE SAME, AND A MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF CAPABLE OF IMPROVING GAS REACTION BY INCREASING A SPECIFIC SURFACE AREA TO ABSORB GAS
PURPOSE: A gas sensing layer with a complex hierarchical structure, a gas sensor with the same, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase mechanical durability and to stably transfer electric signals.;CONSTITUTION: A gas sensing layer with a complex hierarchical structure comprises a metallic oxide nano particle aggregate layer and a metallic oxide nano wire layer. The metallic oxide nano particle aggregate layer contains metallic oxide nano particles assembled themselves. The metallic oxide nano wire layer is laminated on the metallic oxide nano particle aggregate layer. The metallic oxide nano wire layer and the metallic oxide nano particle aggregate layer simultaneously react with gas in the gas sensing layer. A metallic oxide nano wire is connected to a metallic oxide nano particle aggregate or the metallic oxide nano particle aggregate layer in the gas sensing layer.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
