PURPOSE: A communication-based service supporting system using an intelligent inference engine and a method thereof and a terminal supporting the same are provided to process and operate the communication-based service provided from the terminal more intelligently.;CONSTITUTION: A user terminal (100) mounts an intelligent inference engine. The user terminal performs at least one of information processing and outputting according to the terminal function usage automatically. At least one connection terminal (200) performs at least one of providing information related with terminal function usage of the user terminal, response according to information delivery of the user terminal and outputting received information.
