PURPOSE: A functional study by hybridization of DNA and a variable region of an antibody binding site is provided to show high selectivity among various molecules with small molecular weight and to regulate characteristics according to a molecule to be found.;CONSTITUTION: A device or a composition is used for identifying a reaction between DNA sequence and a specific protein by hybridization of a DNA oligomer and a variable region of an antibody. The device or the composition prepares an equilibrium point using a part of DNA sequences and the variable region in 0.1% PBS buffer for 10 minutes, hybridizes the DNA sequence and the variable region, and injects the hybridized material into cells.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
