PURPOSE: A game service providing method using a virtual IP of a PC room and a system thereof are provided to limit the use of VPN and to easily manage address information of a user terminal.;CONSTITUTION: A game service requested by a PC room manager is registered by using a virtual IP granted from a virtual IP registration server to a user terminal of a PC room. A service request signal for opening the game service is received from the user terminal. The service registration of an access IP is determined (S330). When the access IP is registered in the game service, address information of the user information matched with the virtual IP is extracted from a virtual IP database storing the address information (S350).
