PURPOSE: A battery restoration timing guiding system is provided to charge a vehicle battery at the proper timing and enable the battery to be utilized.;CONSTITUTION: A measurement part (120) is connected to an electrical connection line of a vehicle battery (110) and measures a cranking voltage of the battery. A control unit (130) stores database (131) and outputs display controlling signals for displaying the battery condition information and restoration possibility information of the vehicle battery by reading information corresponding to the measured current cranking voltage from the database. The database stores restoration data of each condition data and the battery condition data with consideration for the restoration of the battery per each cranking voltage.
