METHOD AND A DEVICE FOR ESTIMATING A TIME DELAY BASED ON A CROSS-CORRELATIVE OPERATION, WHICH ARE GENERATED BY A SINGLE SIGNAL SOURCE AND ESTIMATES A DELAY TIME OF SIGNALS INPUTTED TO A PLURALITY OF MICROPHONE OR ANTENNAS
PURPOSE: A method and a device for estimating a time delay based on a cross-correlative operation are provided to prevent errors of estimating the time delay even though a maximum value of a cross-correlation function is arranged between a sampling time and the next sampling time.;CONSTITUTION: A device (100) for estimating a time delay includes an input unit (110), a digital converting unit (115), a cross-correlation operator (120), and a time delay estimating unit (130). The input unit receives a plurality of signals from the outside and generates first and second signals. The digital converting unit digitalizes the first and second signals, thereby generating first and second digital signals.
