PURPOSE: A sample cooling device is provided to rapidly cool a sample by performing a spraying cooling process and a contact cooling process at the same time.;CONSTITUTION: A sample cooling device (1) includes a spraying cooling unit (10) and a contact cooling unit (20). The spraying cooling unit sprays cooling materials to a sample (2), thereby cooling. The contact cooling unit is joined to the spraying cooling unit and cools the sample while the sample is in contact with a low-temperature material. One side or both sides of the contact cooling unit are opened so that the sprayed cooling materials are discharged.
