PURPOSE: An H3N8 equine influenza virus is provided to manufacture a naturally attenuated H3N8 equine influenza virus vaccine.;CONSTITUTION: An H3N8 equine influenza virus (accession number KCTC 12158BP) is isolated from a horse. The virus has 351th-373th sites of a nonstructural protein (NS) gene, which are deleted. The NS gene has a base sequence of sequence number 5. A vaccine composition contains the virus.
