摘要

PURPOSE: A high efficiency electro-wetting liquid lens using a polyhedron structure is provided to control curvature of the lens curve according to a voltage, and to be operated with a low voltage by a driving electrode coated with a hydrophobic film.;CONSTITUTION: A liquid lens is constituted by combining a first transparent substrate (100a), a first tank substrate (102a), a second transparent substrate (100b) and a second tank substrate (102b). The first tank substrate and the second tank substrate form a circular groove inclined at one side of the center. The first transparent substrate and the first tank substrate and the second transparent substrate and the second tank substrate are combined to form the cross section of a hexagonal honeycomb structure. A conductive liquid (110) and fluid oil (111) are injected to a tank constituted by combining the first transparent substrate and the first tank substrate and the second transparent substrate and the second tank substrate.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
