The present invention is a method for suppressing expression of Homo sapiens CD63 molecule (CD63) by manufacturing DNA pieces which bond to complementary mRNA produced when the Homo sapiens CD63 molecule (CD63) gene which is protein related to infection is expressed. For Hermansky-Pudlak syndrom (; 203,300 HPS), immunofluorescence? is performed with anti-CD63 and anti-granulophysin antibodies in order to prove deficiency of the protein. The antibodies recognize identical proteins, and the first 37 amino acids or more amino terminal sequencing is useful for investigating characteristics of melanosis antigen ME 491, pltgp40 and granulophysin of CD63. The fact that CD63 is existed in platelet dense granule, lysosomes and melanocytes but is deficient in HPS patients is the first report. The clear explanation on that deficiency of CD63 is main deficiency in HPS needs to be clarified through molecular characterization of CD63 gene in patients with the disability. If experimental equipment for controlling signaling pathway, cell cycle and respondse is developed by regulating amount of protein expression through DNA oligomers which are complement to mRNA of CD63, control of pathological mechanism will become easier.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
