Provided is a ceiling unit for a heating furnace which has high stiffness and durability even if the furnace is enlarged without causing the rise of manufacturing costs or the complication of a manufacturing process. The ceiling unit comprises: an inner wall layer being formed by arranging multiple inorganic fiber blocks in parallel; an insulation layer being arranged on the inner wall layer; a ceiling plate being arranged on the insulation layer; a hanging member having one end fixed to the ceiling plate, and the other end penetrating the insulation layer and being extended to inside the inorganic fiber block; and at least one core member being transversely inserted into the inorganic fiber block, being coupled to the end of the hanging member inserted into the inorganic fiber block, and being installed inside each inorganic fiber block.
