PURPOSE: A hyaluronic acid derivative, a hyaluronic acid-peptide conjugate, and producing method thereof are provided to apply the hyaluronic acid derivative to a water soluble active component for the human body. CONSTITUTION: A hyaluronic acid-peptide conjugate contains a hyaluronic acid derivative and water soluble peptide with a thiol-terminal, and is marked with chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, n is an integer selected from 50-10,000. The hyaluronic acid-peptide conjugate is obtained by producing the hyaluronic acid derivative with a vinylsulfone group marked with chemical formula 2 or 3, and reacting the vinylsulfone group with the water soluble peptide with the thiol-terminal in an aqueous solution.
