PURPOSE: A liquid crystal lens for 3D spectacles, 3D spectacles equipped therewith, and a manufacturing method thereof are provide to improve the quality of a stereoscopic image seen through 3D spectacles. CONSTITUTION: A first lens(110) comprise a first substrate and a first transparent conductive layer. The first substrate is made of a transparent material. The first transparent conductive layer is laminated on one side of the first substrate and divided into least two parts. A second lens(140) comprise a second substrate and a second transparent conductive layer. The second substrate is made of a transparent material. The second transparent conductive layer is arranged on the second substrate to face the first transparent conductive layer. A liquid crystal layer is arranged between the first lens and the second lens. Each divided section of the first transparent conductive layer and the second conductive layer have a point electrode(160) for applied voltage.
