PURPOSE: A liquid crystal lens for 3D spectacles, 3D spectacles equipped therewith, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent cross talk and overlapping of previous and sequential images, thereby improving the quality of a stereoscopic image seen through 3D spectacles. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal lens for 3D spectacles comprises a first lens(110), a second lens(140), and a liquid crystal layer(150). The first lens comprises a first substrate and a linear electrode. The first substrate forms a transparent conductive layer on one side. The linear electrode is formed on the surface of the transparent conductive layer according to a predetermined pattern. The second lens has a second substrate which forms a transparent conductive layer on one side. The second lens is combined to the first lens with each transparent layer facing each other being separated by a predetermined distance. The liquid crystal lens is between the first lens and the second lens.
