PURPOSE: A panel cutting apparatus is provided to cut a panel with freely adjusting the size of the panel as a cutting unit slides.;CONSTITUTION: A panel cutting apparatus(100) comprises a base(110), a transfer unit(210), a fixing unit(310), a cutting unit(400), and a length cutting unit(500). The transfer unit is installed on the base to transfer a panel. The fixing unit fixes the panel being transferred to the transferring unit. The width cutting unit cuts the length of the fixed panel. The length cutting unit cuts the width of the panel. The base comprises a pair of first rails, a first rack(114), second rails, and a pair of mounting holes. The first rails are installed on one side of the base correspondently to each other. The first rack is installed on the other side.
