Pseudomonas aurantiaca IB5-14 having environmental stresses resistance and plant growth promotion, microbial agent containing the same, and method for recovering of coastal sand dune plants

PURPOSE: A Pseudomonas aurantiaca IB5-14 is provided to promote the growth of shore dune plants and to recover eco system. CONSTITUTION: A Pseudomonas aurantiaca IB5-14(deposit number KACC 91562P) is isolated from rhizosphere of shore dune plants and have functions of relieving environmental stress relief and promoting plant growth. The novel strain contains 16S rDNA with a base sequence of sequence number 1. A microorganism formulation contains Pseudomonas aurantiaca IB5-14 as an active ingredient. The shore dune plants are Calystegia soldanella, Lysimachia mauritiana Lam., or Ischaemum anthephoroides.
