PURPOSE: A velocity field measurement system using a submerged buoy blunt object having a posture control device is provided to improve stability and accuracy by installing various structures of jig blocks or a posture control device. CONSTITUTION: A submerged buoy blunt object measurement part(200) is located inside of a water tank(100), measures a ultrasonic wave velocity field and performs posture control. A circular pipe support(300) supports a blunt object measurement part, and connects an electrical signal wire to the outside. A jig block(400) is connected to a circular pipe to secure the pitching and rolling direction degree of freedom. A communication part(500) transmits and receives a posture control signal from a blunt object. A terminal for central control(600) controls a blunt object and jig block with connected to a communication part, and monitors a velocity field measurement.
